Award-winning celebrity chef Dwayne L. Hairston is the CEO/Executive Chef for Custom Creations and is one of the most sought after private chefs in the country. He has made numerous local/national television appearances and is a Chef's Council member and columnist for Basil Magazine. Specialties include Italian, Caribbean, Asian, Latin, Cajun and Southern cuisines. When not pursuing his passion for cooking, Chef Hairston donates much of his time and resources to worthwhile food related charities. He also serves as a mentor for graduating culinary students and is a volunteer youth soccer coach for the local YMCA.
